The links below will take you to the results of the Standards and Improvements Committee survey that was recently sent to owners.

We are pleased to say we got 80% participation and the Board took the results very seriously.  It is broken out into pie charts to the responses to each of our questions, both for HOA issues and Rental Company issues. Also included are owner comments and some internet on line comments posted by guests on Trip Advisor.com.

Our Board VP Bruce Turner has been hard at work, "gearing" up for our 3rd annual golf tournament set for Friday January 23rd, at Laguana Del Mar Golf Club.

The tourney goes hand in hand with our annual meeting and fiesta the following day, so all the golfers amongst us should be able to attend!

As you can see from the archive photo below, last year's event was a great time, and we are looking forward to more of the same on Friday January 23rd, 2015.  It's the perfect opportunity to meet your old and new neighbors at Las Palmas.

Well its that time again...Your dues statement is in the mail if you haven't already received it.  For those of you who are in the rental pool, Facturas will be sent the first week of January, so please have your bookkeeping service remit.   

Please remember that your quarterly HOA fees payment is due the first of every Quarter. Please plan to mail or pay your dues so that we receive your payment prior to January 1, 2015.

Dues are delinquent as of the 16th and a $25.00 late fee will be applied automatically to the account. Past Due accounts in excess of 30 days will be sent to collections, per the Board.
