Optional Payment Processing Choices

 

 

Option 1:

MAKE A ONE TIME PAYMENT

A Quarterly invoice is delivered as usual by snail mail, and instead of writing and mailing us a check, you can now go on line and return to this web page.  You simply click the button below, and pay the amount of dues indicated on your billing statement for an immediate one time payment.  A time saver for both of us!

Your payment can be credit card, debit card, or if you have a PayPal account, by electronic check.  If you have a PayPal account, you will not have to enter your information each time you pay.  The choice is yours.  A 3% convenience fee will be added for all elecronic payments.

Please note all transactions are handled by PayPal's secure servers which adhere to strict and uniform banking privacy regulations.  You will receive email notification of your transaction.

Option 2:

RECEIVE INVOICES ELECTRONICALLY

You choose either a Monthly or Quarterly invoice and it will be delivered electronically, via email.  You simply click on the PAY NOW button that appears on the invoice.  This will pay your bill instantly by whatever payment method you choose., debit, credit, or electronic check. It's that simple.

Please note all transactions are handled by PayPal's secure servers which adhere to strict and uniform banking privacy regulations.  Electronic checks require a PayPal account and also require a 3% processing fee.  Plastic payments do not require a PayPal account.  Either way, you will receive an email verification of your payment.  Click on GO PAPERLESS to sign up.

 


Option 3:

AUTOMATIC RECURRING PAYMENTS

Sign up for AUTO-PAY.  Your dues are automatically charged to your credit or debit account on the same day every month.  You don't have to remember to pay your dues, and with your authorization, the AUTO PAY system takes care of it for you!  You may also auto pay by electronic checks with an automatic bank draft on the PayPal secure server.  The PayPal AUTO PAY system only allows monthly payments, and they occur only on the anniversary day of your enrollment payment. 

As an example, if you enroll on November 15th, that will be your first payment, and your payments will repeat on the 15th of every month thereafter.

Option 4:

RECEIVE INVOICES BY U.S. MAIL  / Pay by Phone

Quarterly invoice is due on the 1st day of each quarter and delivered by snail mail. We must receive your payment by the due date.  Late charges of $25.00 are assessed on the 16th.  Please insure your payment arrives before the 15th day of every quarter.  (Jan 15, April 15, July 15, and Oct 15) to avoid late fees.

Instead of mailing your check or using our website, you may also elect to phone Lynda directly and she will take your credit/debit card information over the phone. 

Because we often experience excessive delinquencies, any account that has an outstanding balance by the next statement date, will be sent to collections through our attorney.  NO EXCEPTIONS can be made, and no partial payments can be accepted.
