Delinlquency Update
June 25, 2009
Hello fellow share holders.
Since May 16Th 2009 we have collected $32,673.32 and our total delinquent amount is down to $71,418.22
We started with 45 delinquent Units
I share holders passes away working with the estate
2 units no return contact what so ever.
2 units in Escrow and we are receiving funds from Real estate
company.
5 units owned by same investors company ,Rental company and Hoa is working with them they own about 51% of the delinquent amount
4 units working with Shannon
4 units asked for hearing and there is no reason for a hearing
since this are our HOA due's
2 units paying parcel payment
total of 20 units are still delinquent 10 Condos and 10 Villas
I have been asked by numerous owners why can't we post the share holders names that is delinquent on our Web site since it is private web site. I am researching this since all our financial affairs are an open book for all the share holders and Collection is part of that unit... as soon as find out I will send Ross our web master the list so he can post it.
Reminder you can pay your due's with a credit card now.
