Delinquent HOA Fee Update

Hello every one......we have been bombarded with letters from very ANGRY home owners... first I want to Thanks you for taking interest in our community and our investment in Mexico.... and I want to thanks you in you sincere solution suggestions. please pass this along to fellow neighbors QUICK update. out of the 45 delinquent accounts 34 is on the rental pool.
First step we follow 6.10.1 second step 6.10.2 third.5.15 fourth Suspend the right to use the Association facilities. sixth Water will be turned off since the HOA is paying for it. SO I HOPE YOUR UNIT IS NOT RENTED OUT WHEN YOUR WATER AND FACILITY RIGHT ARE REVOKED. Right now we have outstanding balance of $104,091.54 in past HOA Dues and late fees. that is almost 15% of our Budget. And Yes I do agree with the rest of the owners that is paying there HOA dues on time... yes every one got hit by the Bad ecocomy......... as a rental owner you need to pay your dues on time like rest of us........... if your guest and renters is going to use the marvelous community of Las Palmas If you are a delinguent Owner at Las Palmas you need to contact Shannon Viola ASAP and make arrangement to pay your Dues. her e-mail address is shannonkviola@yahoo.com Sincerely Jaana Ponzio
