as of May 13Th 2009 we have following delinquent home owners.

GRANDE 7 UNITS
BONITA 7 UNITS
DELPHIN 5 UNITS
VILLAS 17 UNITS
TOTAL OF 45 UNITS.
WE HAVE TOTAL OF 172 UNITS AND 45 ARE DELINQUENT WE HAVE 127 THAT ARE CURRENT.
WE HAVE 74% OF HOME OWNERS CURRENT AS TODAY.
THE BOARD MADE DECISION TO SUSPEND VOTING RIGHT OF THE THE DELINQUENT UNIT OWNERS AS STATED IN THE CC&R'S 5.15
