Hi... I have been asked few times about what we are going to do with our HOA delinquent accounts???
As I informed in a earlier News letter and Shannon is going by CC&R's 6.10.1 and also in our rule section.
When I was down in Puerto Penasco this week I asked what is the proper process in Mexico when some one becomes delinquent.
this is what I was told.
1. We as the HOA have right to discontinue of any service that we pay for.Since Las Palmas pay for all our Water I was told that we can discontinue of the water service to all delinquent accounts..
2. Association has right to suspend the owners/renters to use the Association facilities.
3. The Board of Director shall enforce CC&R's 5.15 Suspension of Voting Rights.
4. Since we are Mexico .Yes we can lien property.
