Hello fellow HOA Owners and Investors.

I had my first meeting with our CPA's here in Puerto Penasco Senor Osvaldo, Leo and our HOA Manager Francisco.

I had the privilege of spending 5 hours with them.

I have never ever seen more Classier and correct way of doing record keeping in my life.

we went threw EVERY Invoice from Jan 2008 till June of 2008

All our account payable invoices had a copy of a check from our acct. actual Invoice attached and a signature of the person picking up the check. If there was a delivery of merchandise to our Community it was verified by an employee that we received what the invoice said.

Osvaldo is the specialist of accounts pay-ables and Leo is the specialist of payroll.

All our records are kept in neat folders and computer reports and Bank reports verifying all amounts. Our records are kept for 5 years for Auditing purpose.

Shannon only wires money that is needed to cover the expenses.

We have two accounts here in Mexico one is in Pesos and One is in US dollars.

The Exchange rate is better on Thursday and Fridays so that is the days our Dollars in converted in to Pesos to pay our bills.

Senor Osvaldo will e-mail me bank statements and list of all account payable every month so that way I can keep records from our US bank and our Mexican bank together.

The only thing I was able to say after our audit was WOW what a class act.
