Hello fellow Las Palmas Owners:
Allow me to introduce myself, Ross Anfuso, Grande 505
I am the "webmaster" for our website, www.laspalmashoa.com
After the HOA meeting of January 31, I compiled an updated list of homeowners, (168) to whom this message is going out.
It was felt that now that we are posting private and personal information on the site, that utilizing a password would be the best way to go. It is not high security and a nefarious computer expert probably could hack it, but I feel it will keep out 99.9% of prying eyes out. So please do not give it to anyone who is not an owner, or on a need to know basis.

I have updated the website with the minutes and photos of the meeting, and a schedule of the new dues. Francisco provided these photos and also photos of his recent maintenance work which is also on the site. There is also a letter from the board, and a newsletter from Jaana, our newest board member. See "newsletters" page.
I am still awaiting a copy of the final approved budget and I will post that on the "On Line Documents" page as soon as I receive it.
I have also updated the board member and rep contact lists on the "Contact HOA" page
So please navigate the site and let me know if there is anything else you would like to see, or if any corrections need to be made.
