Proxies MUST have Spanish version signed

PROXY UPDATE:
I urge you and all Las Palmas owners to participate by either attending the meeting Saturday January 31, or sending a proxy with a friend or the HOA.
Spanish is the only legal language in Mexico and therefore the Spanish version of our proxies MUST be filled out if we expect them to be valid. As a board member we will do everything we can to accommodate the owners but ultimately we will need the owners to send the Spanish version proxies that include the signed witnesses and the name of the person given authority to act on your behalf.
Any last minute proxies can be faxed to Shannon Viola or scanned and e-mailed to Francisco, Shannon and myself.
If you have not done so already, call you Las Palmas neighbor owners and make sure they participate.
