Cover Letter from Francisco

Dear Las Palmas Homeowners,
I would like to start by thanking All Las Palmas Owners who
showed their interest and made the big effort to attend las
Assembly held on November 17th at Las Palmas Club House. We
really appreciate your involvement and participation.
You will be receiving shortly by USPS the Last Novermber
17th 2007 General Assembly Minutes.
You will also find enclosed the First Quarter 2008
assessment, a summary of the Financial Info. explained and
discussed at the General Assembly, a copy of the Special
Committe designated to Create & propose a new HOA dues
scheme to be assessed.
Since We did not get the Legal attendance to vote on the
Change of HOA dues scheme ( 75% of Ownership in accordance
to our CC & R's ), we voted on including this vote on our
next mailing instead. We've got to bear in mind that the
outcome of this voting will lead the Board to take the
strategy and legal steps to favor what the Majority want.
Please take the time to read The Special Committee HOA Dues
Proposal and cast your vote on the Ballots enclosed for
such purpose, mail it back along with your First Quarter
2008 Dues Assessment using the Return Envelope included for
your Convenience.
We will inform you on the HOA Dues scheme voting results as
soon as we receive your and count your votes.
