Noticed a few in the garbage area and around...are some units having to have them replaced already? Do they not last as long around salt air?

Just curious so I know to keep an eye on mine.

Joe - we replaced our hot water heater in the Bonita a couple of months ago. Really disappointing - cross our fingers we still have the original water heater in the Baja - go figure, it is a couple years older and would seem to be closer to the water but maybe the water heater in the Bonita is a different type - who knows?

Hope you all well. Maybe we see you in Rocky Point again.

I guess they don;t last too long. We saw the tankless instant water heaters at costco and wonder how they would be in the condo...am going to look into it.They are a little more expensive but there is a tax credit and if they lasted longer, may be worth it???
