Our By-Laws state that excessive loud music/noise that is disturbing to owners and guess is to be restricted to owners now renters own residence inside. But when a renters decides to play there music out by the pool Grande or Baja and have it disturb the other 31 units in the building with no regard to others late at night or during any hour our security staff should not allow this. Well as an owner I asked through the use of our new wonderful phone system that they stop the noise 9:45 pm they said ok . 10:15pm rolled around the noise was still loud I called security again and they said they warned them. 10:30pm I confronted the RENTERS told them to stop and why did they not listen to security They said they were never warned or told to stop the music. WHO IS THE DIRECTOR OF OUR SECURITY DEPARTMENT?? A portion of our HOA dues cover security I think it may be appropriate for Dolphin Rentals to foot the bill for security and maybe hire their own since I cannot remember any of the owners that I have meet or spoken with (excluding Baja 503 JAKLINSKI'S as problem. We are not down that often and want to enjoy it when we are there. Is this unreasonable

There appears to be many concerns regarding our security and their ability or lack thereof to enforce the HOA rules. These issues should be directed to Francisco and the Board of Directors. The laspalmasowners website had a lengthy e-mail regarding the security guards and their inability to enforce wristband rule at the pool.
